SMS Privacy Policy

Effective October 15, 2026. This policy covers the Mobility City of Orange County text program operated by Sun Mobility Solutions LLC. It applies to this signup and program, not other franchise locations.

Information we collect and use

We collect your mobile number, affirmative text preference, disclosure version, signup source and timestamp. We also process messages, opt-out requests and delivery records to respond to your inquiry, support equipment sales, rentals and repairs, arrange showroom visits, and send related services and offers within your consent.

Your consent stays with this program

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support this program, such as our messaging and hosting providers, is permitted only to deliver messages and operate the program. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Choice, access and retention

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time, or contact us to withdraw consent. We retain information as needed to operate the program, honor opt-outs and maintain compliance records. Reasonable access controls protect stored records; no system is completely secure. Please do not send sensitive medical or financial details by text.
